The rates remain constant whether you have two in your party or the maximum of five. We do not alter the rates depending on what's happening in town.
We accept personal checks, money orders and cash.
We do not accept any CREDIT CARDS, sorry. A deposit is required to hold your time period for you. This deposit is then applied to your rental fee payable at arrival. One and two nights stay prices are not listed since we have a three night minimum. You may feel free to rent for a period of three nights and only stay one or two, though.
With so many things to do in this beautiful area, consider a longer stay with each night after the third being only $50/night.
Rates are subject to 12.75% TN Sales Tax (it must be a luxury to rent a cabin!). No hidden costs - Rates + Tax. That's it!
No city tax!
